Dear Delegate:

We encourage you to make your hotel reservation as soon as possible as May is high season in Granada and we can only guarantee the bookings for rooms up to two months before the congress.

The hotel rates below indicated have been negotiated by the Secretariat with the hotels. Of course you may be able to find cheaper prices on the hotel web-sites but remember to make your booking in good time or you may have problems in May.

All rates are per room and per night, including breakfast and taxes.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy

All incoming requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. The payment of the total amount of your hotel reservation is required. No hotel reservations will be processed and confirmed until receipt of the corresponding payment. VIAJES IBERIA CONGRESOS is authorized to reserve an alternative accommodation at another category should your preferences be unavailable. Reservation requests received after March 8th will be on availability basis. Any change of hotel reservations or cancellations must be addressed to VIAJES IBERIA CONGRESOS in writing, not to the hotel. Changes or modifications on arrival and departure patterns can be made until March 8th. After this date no reduction in the length of your stay will be admitted. For cancellations received before March 8th there will be full refund minus an administration charge of 50 €.

For cancellations received after this date or no-shows the entire stay of your reservation will not be refunded.

From March 9th you should contact with the hotels directly.
