Authors have been informed about the decision of the Scientific Committe by e-mail. If for any reason you have not received information about your abstract you can check on the Scientific Programme link on this website.
If you have submitted an abstract to be considered for the "Young Investigators Award" you can check via the Scientific Programme link whether your abstract has been accepted for this award.
Please confirm your participation and attendance at the AEPC meeting in Granada by return e-mail for each abstract number to both:

SPEAKING TIME
Please note that the allotted speaking time is 12 minutes (8 for presentation and 4 for discussion). In order to be able to keep to the time schedule, please make absolutely sure not to exceed the allotted speaking time.
AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENT - MEDIA CHECK
All the rooms are equipped with a data projector and a PC for MS Power-Point presentation. Please bring your Power-Point presentation on a CD-ROM or USB-stick to the speaker's room well in advance, preferably the evening before your talk if your talk is in the morning or by midday if your talk is in the afternoon. The presentation must be handed in 2 hours prior to the start of your session at the very latest. Please be aware that presentation on your own laptop will not be allowed!
If your presentation contains video sequences, please make sure that you pack them with a standard codec and do not store them in QuickTime format, since this may not be compatible with Power-Point presentations.
YOUNG INVESTIGATOR AWARD
Please note that the allotted speaking time in this session is 14 minutes (9 for presentation and 5 for discussion). In order to be able to keep to the time schedule, please make absolutely sure not to exceed the allotted speaking time.
POSTER SIZE AND FORMAT
Please make sure that your poster corresponds to the following size and format:
max. 90 cm wide and 150 cm high (portrait format!!!)
POSTER DISPLAY AND POSTER WALKS
The poster exhibition takes place in the main exhibition area of the conference centre. Posters will be displayed for the whole duration of the conference. They should be mounted on Wednesday, 18 May and taken down again on Saturday, 21 May. All posters which are not taken down by the authors will be discarded! Authors should be present at their poster board during the breaks and the poster walks to answer questions from the audience.
Some authors have been assigned to one of the 4 poster walks. Authors of these posters will have 3 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion.
Please make sure to bring the poster number you have been assigned in the programme with you so you can identify your poster board place on site.
